This book is a novel that combines three books into one: The Search for Sam, The Last Days of Lorien, and The Forgotten Ones. The first story takes place before the events in The Fall of Five, the fourth book in the I am Number Four series, while the ending of the book, lines up with the first chapter in the Fall of Five. The second book takes place before any of the events in any of the I am Number Four books take place and it gives you more insight into the life of the Cepan and life on the Lorien planet. The Cepan's are the protectors and teachers of the Garde. The third book takes place simultaneously with the events that take place in The Fall of Five. It ends only moments before the Fall of Five book ends.

I would recommend this book to anyone who is a fan of the series. If you aren't I still recommend this series. Read the first three books and then read The Lost Files: The Legacies which is another novel that ties everything together (has 3 stories in it as well), then read the Fall of Five and then read this novel. You won't be disappointed, especially if you are into YA sci-fi and/or fantasy novels.  Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library Card Catalog

What a great book!! Christopher Moore slays me. Fortunato, from "Fool" is back causing mayhem and mischief after his lady, Cordelia is poisoned by Iago and Brabantio. Moore takes three classic stories and spins them into an hilarious tale about love, revenge, and a lusty serpent with a penchant for eating people. Even if you've never read Shakespeare, anyone with a sense of humor will love Mr. Moore's yarns.

This was definitely better than the first book. It was action packed and heart wrenching. I loved how Marie Lu went more into the backstory of what happened with the United States. The flight scene at the end with Kaede flying the fighter jet was pretty awesome.  Montgomery County-Norristown Public Library Card Catalog
