How the Program Works
Share book reviews with friends and classmates on our Online Book Review site. Read any book, then post your review. Each month (September-June) the best review in each grade category (1-3, 4-6, 7-8 and 9-12) will be published in the Bridgeville Area News.
Reviews should be 100-150 words in length and contain the title, author and a brief description of the book. Winners will be chosen by library staff on the basis of writing style and interest to readers. Reviews must be submitted online by 12 p.m. on the last day of each month. Winners will receive a phone call or email the following month. All South Fayette residents in the designated grade levels (or equivalents) are eligible.

Mrs. Roopy is Loopy is the third book of the funny series "My Wierd School" by Dan Gutman. This story takes place at A.J.'s school. A.J. is a boy who hates school, learning, and especially books. There is a new librarian Mrs. Roopy who want to teach the students that reading is fun. She dresses up and pretends to be different book characters, but will not admit it's really her. Unfortunately, A.J. and his friends think she is loopy and has a serious problem. Later, Mrs. Roopy explains that she only wanted to show A.J. and his class how fun reading is. A.J. is still bored of books until Mrs. Roopy shows how much she learned about trick biking from books and A.J. and his friends beg for them. They finally realize that not all book are boring.
