Title: Pemba's Song: A Ghost Story
Author: Marilyn Nelson & Tonya C. Hegamin
Review: Pemba has just moved from her home, her friends, and her boyfriend. Shes moved to a old broken-down house and town all because it's best for her MOM. What about what's best for Pemba?! But something is really strange about this house. She gets really bad headaches that her mom doesn't seem to care about and keeps getting really horrible dreams ...... or are her 'dreams' something .... more? Whatever it is, somethings trying to communicate to her. But will she listen? And will her friends and boyfriend even remember her after a week? A month? A year?
